Multi Aqua Inks (MAQ) are water-based screen printing inks suitable for direct printing a variety of substrates such as PVC , PU , nylon , leather and artificial leather. Safe for the user and the environment. When completely cured, the ink
film has a soft , smooth feel is opaque and resistance to cracking. The ink is especially recommended for printing footwear. To enhance the adhesion, it is recommended that MAQ be mixed with the appropriate amount of catalyst.
* A wide range of applications.
* Suitable for flexible PVC leather, PVC synthetic leather, flexible PU leather, PU synthetic leather, TPU leather etc.
* Glossy vibrant coloured film with good adhesion, flexibility and abrasion resistance.
UVPW is a UV curable, high gloss ink suitable for printing pretreated Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) substrates. UVPW has excellent screen stability and is easily cured. It has good flow and when completely cured, gives a smooth surface with good film strength, chemical and water resistance. UVPW has a mild odour and is environment-friendly.
PPN is a solvent-based screen printing ink suitable for printing onto containers made from untreated or pretreated polypropylene. This ink system has a high gloss finish and gives excellent impact resistance when fully dried.
Polyzol Plus HB FH050 is a one pot photopolymer emulsion designed for the production of PCB solder masks or for applications where very high builds are required. FH050 has a fast exposure time with excellent resolution and definition.
Screenclean (SSC001) is a grey coloured aqueous paste of abrasives and surfactants containing a mixture of alkali and solvent. Screenclean is fast acting and highly effective at removing ghost images and stain on all types of mesh.
SPR035 is a grey paste formulated for grease removal and pretreatment of all types of new mesh. It will also roughen the surface of the mesh, so that the emulsion or film can adhere to it more effectively. The resultant stencil will be more durable with increased rub resistance on printing. Screenprep is suitable for use on synthetic and stainless steel meshes.
P-6419 is a liquid suitable for removing greasy stains, dust and dirt from all types of mesh. It will also wet the surface of the mesh improving the coating of the emulsion and reducing pinholes. P-6419 should be used prior to the stencil making process. New screens should be treated with Screenprep before degreasing.
