SCREEN FILLER (22981)

Screen Filler 22981 is a screen printing block-out solution designed to mask image areas and other non-printing areason screen printing stencils. It is also suitable for covering pinholes, small leaks, and minor imperfections by applying theproduct directly onto the mesh screen.The product is specially formulated for use with solvent-based, UV-curable, andplastisol inks.

Main Characteristics

To mask out screen

  • Ensure the screen is dry.

  • Pour a little of the filler onto the edge of the print side of the screen.

  • Spread the filler evenly using a piece of stiff card or plastic spatula, so that the entire area to be filled is covered.

  • If any filler is accidentally spilt onto the image area, clean immediately with water.

  • Allow the screen to dry.

Instruction for use

To spot out or repair screen

  • Ensure the screen is dry.

  • Examine the screen for pinholes or damaged areas.

  • Apply the filler to the required areas using a brush.

  • If damage occurs during a print run, wash screen up with solvent before repairing.

  • Brushes can be cleaned using water.

  • Allow the screen to dry.

To remove Screen Filler 22981

  • Use a rag or brush and the appropriate solvent to remove all ink deposits.

  • Remove the filler with water.

Standard Packing

  • Storage temperature should not be over 25 ํC. It should be stored in a dry location with good ventilation and away from heat
    or ignition sources.

  • When stored under these conditions, It is expected to have a shelf-life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.

  • Close the bottle tightly after every use.

  • This product is not stable when exposed to freezing temperatures and will not be shipped during such conditions.

Storage & Shipping

  • Is free from any toxic, carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic chemicals.

  • Does not have a flashpoint and is, therefore, exempt from the Highly Flammable Liquid Regulations.

  • Should be stored away from children.
