    For special colors or items that need to be produced, it usually takes about 3–7 days including delivery. We ship via Thailand Post, Kerry, Flash Express, and other provincial couriers.

  • We are a manufacturer and exporter of screen printing products.

  • We accept payment methods such as TT in advance (Telegraphic Transfer in advance), LC (Letter of Credit), D/P (Documents against Payment), or D/A (Documents against Acceptance).

  • We pack our products in plastic and metal containers in sizes of 1, 5, 25, 120, 200, and 1000 kg.

  • Shelf life and performance depend on storage and usage conditions. Normally, our inks maintain good quality and can be used for about 1–2 years when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Yes, we provide a user manual and technical data sheet with every product. Our team can also guide you on usage, mixing ratios, application tips, or storage — just let us know what kind of printing job you’re doing, and we’ll give tailored advice.

  • Yes, you can return or exchange within 7 days if the product is damaged or has an issue from our side. Please keep the original box, delivery note, and receipt as proof. We take good care of our customers.

  • We can provide REACH and RoHS test reports, as well as ZDHC MRSL compliance certificates, along with the declaration of conformity for our products in accordance with international safety standards.

  • No, the price shown does not include shipping. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination, starting from around 50 THB.
