CREDIT CARD INK (CRM)
CRM is a solvent-based screen printing ink specifically formulated for printing onto PVC plastic credit cards. It is designed for application on the rectangular signature panel (signature block) located on the reverse side of credit cards. The ink provides excellent adhesion to PVC substrates and produces a durable, writable surface compatible with standard ballpoint pens.

The Solvents are available in 20 ltr, 5 ltr and 1 ltr containers.
Standard Packing
Chaiyaboon Brothers Group Co., Ltd. offer a quality colour matching service. Colours can be matched to prints, wet inks samples or to pantone references. When placing an order, please include a sample of the substrate to be printed, along with any other relevant information, such as the type of mesh and squeegees that are to be used and the product resistancerequired. The minimum order for a colour match is 3 Kg.

Storage temperature should not be over 40 ํC. It should be stored in a dry location with good ventilation and ฅ
away from heat or ignition sources.When stored under these conditions, The following products are expected to have a shelf-life shown below :
CRD Ink : 24 months from the date of manufacture.
CRD861, CRD862 and CRD863 : 12 months from the date of manufacture.
CRD092 : 6 months from the date of manufacture.Close the bottle tightly after every use.
This product is not stable when exposed to freezing temperatures and will not be shipped during such conditions.
Storage & Shipping
All colours complies with the following standards : EN71-3, Standard of The European Economic Community and
Part1303, Title16, Code of Federal Regulation of U.S.A.Whilst working with the adhesive, the consumption of food and drink, and smoking are not recommended.
CRD Ink should be used with care. Wear suitable PPE, for example, appropriate gloves and safety glasses.
