APPLICATION GUIDE - PPD Ink Printing Procedure
PPD Ink Printing Procedure (Short Version)
Screen Preparation: Expose the artwork on the screen and mount it on the press.
Substrate Positioning: Set the alignment guide (feeding jig) for accurate placement.
Surface Preparation: Clean the workpiece to remove dust, oil, or contaminants.
Ink Mixing: Stir ink and mix with Retarder 6032 (10–15%).
Printing: Print with a snap distance of 2–3 mm.
Drying: Air dry 15–20 min or jet-dry at 60 °C for 15–20 sec.
Finish : Semi Gloss

Standard Packing
GENERAL INFORMATION
Storage temperature should not be over 40 ํC. It should be stored in a dry location with good ventilation and away from heat or ignition sources.
When stored under these conditions, It is expected to have a shelf-life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Close the bottle tightly after every use.
This product is not stable when exposed to freezing temperatures and will not be shipped during such conditions.

All colours complies with the following standards : EN71-3, Standard of The European Economic Community and Part1303, Title16, Code of Federal Regulation of U.S.A.
Whilst working with the adhesive, the consumption of food and drink, and smoking are not recommended.
PPD Ink should be used with care. Wear suitable PPE, for example, appropriate gloves and safety glasses.
