USER INFORMATION

Drying by set to touch

  • Air drying at room temperature 25 ํC. X 4 days

  • 25 ํC x 40 minutes for set to touch

    Hard drying

  • Forced drying 80 ํC x 30 minutes + Room temperature 24 hours

  • Heat treament at 120 ํC for 20 minutes is recommended for best results on metal

  • 25 ํC x 40 minutes for set to touch

Drying

PSO should be mixed with catalyst in a ratio (as follows) prior to use.
PSO / PSO073 = 1000 g : 100 g
Note : Once catalysed PSO has a pot life of only 6-8 hours at 25-30 ํC Only catalyse the amount required

Catalyst

  • Stir well before use.

  • It is not usually necessary to add solvent, but up 5 % Thinner 13019 may be added after catalysing.

  • Excess thinning may detrimentally affect the adhesion.

Standard Packing

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Storage temperature should not be over 40 ํC. It should be stored in a dry location with good
    ventilation and away from heat or ignition sources.

  • When stored under these conditions, PSO is expected to have a shelf-life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.

  • When stored under these conditions, PSO073 is expected to have ashelf-life of 6 months from the date of manufacture.

  • Close the bottle tightly after every use.

  • This product is not stable when exposed to freezing temperatures and will not be shipped during such conditions

Storage & Shipping

  • All other colours comply with the following standards : EN71-3, Standard of The European Economic Community and Part1303, Title16,
    Code of Federal Regulation of U.S.A.

  • Whilst working with the ink, the consumption of food and drink, and smoking are not recommended.

  • PSO should be used with care. Wear suitable PPE, for example, appropriate gloves and safety glasses.
