DTG PRETREATMENT FOR DARK COTTON FABRIC (RSP006D)
RSP006D is a pretreatment solution specifically developed for dark-colored cotton fabrics prior to the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing process. It is designed to condition the fabric surface, creating a smoother and more uniform substrate for improved DTG ink adhesion. The product helps achieve sharper image details, enhanced color density, and more consistent print quality by reducing ink penetration into the fabric and minimizing print surface irregularities. As a result, prints exhibit better uniformity, cleaner edges, and enhanced overall appearance. RRSP006D is ideal for production processes requiring enhanced print quality and consistency.

RSP006D is a milky white liquid pretreatment solution specificallydeveloped for preparing dark-colored cotton fabrics prior to the Direct to Garment (DTG) printing process
Main Characteristics
Use as a pretreatment solution for dark-colored cotton fabrics prior to Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing.
The product is highly concentrated and should be diluted with water before use at a ratio of 1:2 to 1:3 (RSP006D : Water).
Slowly add water to the product while stirring continuously until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.Suitable for 100% cotton fabrics. The diluted solution can be applied using either a manual spray gun or an automatic spraying system.
Apply approximately 28–30 g per A3-sized print area (adjust according to fabric characteristics). Heat press at 180 ํC with medium pressure for 55–60 seconds. Repeat the heat pressing process twice to ensure that the treated area is completely dry. Use a Teflon sheet during heat pressing and avoid touching the treated area after pressing.Once the treated fabric is completely dry, proceed with DTG printing by applying a white ink underbase.
Print the design using CMYK inks, then heat press at 180 ํC with medium pressure for 55–60 seconds using a Teflon sheet.
Instruction for use
Stir well before use.
Recommended tests include print quality, wash durability, and color fastness.

Standard Packing
GENERAL INFORMATION
Storage temperature should not be over 40 ํC. It should be stored in a dry location with good ventilation and away from heat or ignition sources.
When stored under these conditions, It is expected to have a shelf-life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Close the bottle tightly after every use.
This product is not stable when exposed to freezing temperatures and will not be shipped during such conditions.

RSP006D comply with the following standards : EN71-3, Standard of The European Economic Community and Part1303, Title16, Code of Federal Regulation of U.S.A.
Whilst working with the ink, the consumption of food and drink, and smoking are not recommended.
TO ink should be used with care. Wear suitable PPE, for example, appropriate gloves and safety glasses.
