Screen Printing Adhesive Non-Transferable (SA88NT)

Screen Printing Adhesive Non-Transferable is a colorless, transparent gel-type spray adhesive with high bonding strength andflexibility, and will not yellow after use.
Free of benzene, chlorinated solvents, migratable plasticizers and formaldehyde, itoffers even atomization, precise gluing and easy operation, and is suitable for bonding a wide variety of substrates.

Main Characteristics

  • Shake the can well before use.

  • Spray a thin, even coat on the pallet from about 6-8 in. (15-20 cm).

  • Place the substrate within 30 sec – 30 min after spraying, then start printing.

  • After each use, invert the can and spray until clear to prevent nozzle clogging.

Standard Packing

  • Store at 16–28ํC for maximum storage life. Higher temperatures shorten storage life; lower temperatures may temporarily increase viscosity.

  • Rotate stock on a “first in – first out” basis.

  • Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored at the recommended conditions in the original, unopened container.

Storage & Shipping

  • This product has a low flash point (-40ํC). Use and store away from heat, sparks and open flames.

  • Use in a well-ventilated area and wear protective equipment such as gloves, a mask and safety glasses.

  • Refer to the product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.

  • Keep out of reach of children.
