  1. Surface Preparation
    Ensure the fabric surface is clean, dry, and free from dust or contaminants.

  2. Ink Preparation
    Stir the Plastisol Ink thoroughly before use to achieve consistent viscosity and color performance.

  3. Screen Printing Process
    Apply the ink evenly using a suitable screen mesh and squeegee pressure.

  4. Curing Process
    Cure the printed fabric at the recommended temperature to achieve proper ink fusion and durability.

  5. Quality Inspection
    Check color opacity, elasticity, and adhesion before final production.

Important

Convection oven stoving/Jet air drying : 130-150 ํC. for 2-3 minutes

Long/Medium wave infra-red stoving : 130-150 ํC. for 30-60 seconds

Short wave infrared stoving : 130-150 ํC. for 15-20 seconds

Transfer Printing

Transfer at 180-190 ํC. for 10-15 seconds.

For heavy ink stains, Screensolve (SSO038) can be used.

Standard Packing

- Storage temperature should not be over 40 ํC. It should be stored in a dry location with good

- ventilation and away from heat or ignition sources.

- When stored under these conditions, It is expected to have a shelf-life of 24 months from the

- date of manufacture.

- Close the bottle tightly after every use.

- This product is not stable when exposed to freezing temperatures and will not be shipped during such conditions.

Storage & Shipping

- All other colours comply with the following standards : EN71-3, Standard of The European Economic Community and Part1303, Title16, Code of Federal Regulation of U.S.A.

- Whilst working with the ink, the consumption of food and drink, and smoking are not recommended.

- PTN ink should be used with care. Wear suitable PPE, for example, appropriate gloves and safety glasses.
