It is advisable that the ink be tested fully prior to printing.

Oven Stoving : 70 ํC. 1 hour
Oven Stoving : 120 ํC. 30 minutes
Oven Stoving : 150 ํC. 5-10 minutes
SMG prints will reach optimum adhesion and chemical resistance after drying at room temperature for 4 days.

SMG ink : SMG074 = 100 : 8 by weight (use within 24 hours after mixing)

Standard Packing

GENERAL INFORMATION

Storage temperature should not be over 40 ํC. It should be stored in a dry location with good ventilation and away from heat or ignition sources.
When stored under these conditions, It is expected to have a shelf-life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Close the bottle tightly after every use.

Storage & Shipping

All colours complies with the following standards : EN71-3, Standard of The European Economic Community and Part1303, Title16, Code of Federal Regulation of U.S.A.
Whilst working with the adhesive, the consumption of food and drink, and smoking are not recommended.
SMG Ink should be used with care. Wear suitable PPE, for example, appropriate gloves and safety glasses.
