SCREENCLEAN (SSC001)

  • Use in the screen printing industry for effective removal of hazes and ghost images commonly left after stencil reclaiming

  • Fast acting and highly effective at removing ghost images and stain on all types of mesh

  • May also be used to degrease and chemically abrade new or used aluminum frames perior to mesh stretching

USER INFORMATION

  • Clean off all ink residue prior to stencil removal. Remove stencil with recommended Screenstrip Powder (SST002)

  • Apply a small amount of Ghots Remover Screen (SSC003) to both side of the wet mesh with a brush, thoroughly covering the stained areas in a circular motion.

  • Leave to stand for 10-15 minutes. If left to stand for longer periods, Ghots Remover Screen can damage the fibres of the mesh.

  • Rinse off residue with gently water spray.

  • Remove stain with high pressure stripper.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Storage temperature should not be over 40 ํC. It should be stored in a dry location with good ventilation and away from heat
    or ignition sources.

  • When stored under these conditions, It is expected to have a shelf-life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.

  • Close the bottle tightly after every use.

  • This product is not stable when exposed to freezing temperatures and will not be shipped during such conditions.

Storage & Shipping

  • Is free from any toxic, carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic chemicals.

  • Does not have a flashpoint and is, therefore, exempt from the Highly Flammable Liquid Regulations.

  • SSC003 should be used with care. Wear suitable PPE, for example, appropriate gloves and glasses.

  • Should be stored away from children.
