USER INFORMATION

  • For normal decoating, mix 100 g of Screenstrip Powder (SST009) with 10 liters of water.

  • For the decoating of old stencils or those used for long print runs or treated with PATLY, mix 100 g. of Screenstrip Powder (SST009) with 5 liters of water
    Stencils can be decoated as follows:

  • Ensure that the screen is completely free from ink residues remain, use Screensolve (SSO038) to clean the screen.

  • Rinse both sides of the screen with water and allow to drain.

  • Apply Screenstrip Powder solution to both sides of the screen with a brush.

  • Rub into the entire stencil area.

  • Leave the screen for a few minutes, but do not allow product to dry.

  • Wash the stencil with mains pressure water and then use a high-pressure water gun if required.

  • Stubborn stains may require additional treatment with Screensolve (SSO038).

  • If any ink or stencil stains remain, Screenpaste & Screensolve or Chlorine should be used.

  • Before the reclaimed screen is used again, it should be prepared with Degreaser Plus (P-6419).

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Storage temperature should not be over 40 ํC. It should be stored in a dry location with good ventilation and away from heat or ignition sources.

  • When stored under these conditions, It is expected to have a shelf-life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.

  • Close the bottle tightly after every use.

  • This product is not stable when exposed to freezing temperatures and will not be shipped during such conditions.

Storage & Shipping

  • s free from any toxic, carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic chemicals. Does not have a flashpoint and is, therefore, exempt from the Highly Flammable Liquid Regulations.

  • SST009 should be used with care. Wear suitable PPE, for example, appropriate gloves and glasses.

  • Should be stored away from children.
