No harm to the body has been considered in the product design but the adhesion of ink on skin or clothing for a long time is likely to cause inflammation or allergic reactions. Therefore, please use protective tools in operation, and wash hands after operation. If ink enters eyes by mistakes, please immediately rinse with plenty of clean water for at least 15 minutes and go to hospital for treatment. When using ink, please pay attention to smoke and fire, ventilate the workshop, and avoid ultraviolet light and direct sunlight.

Safety
UV Eco Flexo have a one-year(12-month) shelf-life guarantee. This guarantee covers 12 months from the production date, which is mentioned on the label. After the expiry date, those with technical indicators in the qualified range can still be used.

Through testing and using, the UV Eco Flexo has beenfound to be suitable for many kinds of materials, including:

For synthetic materials, the Dyne value on the surface needs to reach 38- 42 dyne/cm for fear that too low surface tension should affect the adhesion of ink. Meanwhile, we suggest switching on the online corona device to obtain a better adhesive effect when printing synthetic materials. Considering the difference of different materials in surface treatment and the instability of batches of materials, we suggest making the adhesion test before using new materials.
Substrates
UV Silicone Surface Additive
It can be added to the ink in the proportion of 0.2% to 2% to reduce the surface tension of ink after curing, which can effectively improve the smooth performance of ink surface and the rub resistance of ink. After curing, the surface tension of ink will be reduced, which will affect the re-coating performance of upper ink, and cause the shrink of shrinkage cavity. Meanwhile, on the ink after the addition of smooth agent, post-processes such as cold stamping, coating, digital numbering, and laminating will be affected to a certain extent.
UV Flexo Reducer
The addition of every 1%-5% to the ink can reduce ink tack. If the proportion of addition is more than 5%, extra drying agent is needed to ensure the dry ability.
UV Dryer
If the lamp power is not enough or the curing speed needs to be improved, UV DRYER can be added to the ink in the proportion of 1%-5%. It should be careful to add it to light color or white ink, because the excessive addition
