UV LED for Glass Bottles Ink (LEDGB) is a two-component UV LED-curable screen printing ink designed for pre-treated, cold-end coated glass such as beverage bottles, cosmetic containers, and drinking glassware, offering excellent adhesion, very high scratch resistance, and outstanding resistance to alkaline substances, chemicals, and dishwashing; optimal adhesion requires a clean, contaminant-free glass surface with uniform surface tension of 52–55 Dyne/cm².
Uni Gloss Ink (UNG) is suitable for use on metals (including aluminium, copper, brass, tin-coated metal, and iron), as well as glass and ceramic surfaces, and can also be applied to treated Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP). It provides a smooth finish with excellent rub resistance and strong durability against chemicals such as acids, alkalis, solvents, lubricants, cosmetics, detergents, and other household products. All colours are non-toxic.
