Note :
For a good adhesion, a uniform surface tension of the substrate with 52-55 Dyne/cm2 is generally important. Furthermore, the glass surface must absolutely be free from graphite, silicone, dust
or residues like grease or similar (e.g. fingerprints)

Important
Curing by UV LED Lamp at 16 W/cm2 or more
Wavelength 395 nm
Distance between substrate and UV LED Lamp is 4-6 millimeter
Belt speed at or less than 10-15 m/min depending on colour
If the ink cure insufficiently, reactivity can be increased with addition of liquid photo intiator solution ADD015 (addition 3-5%).
Note : UV curing resisitance tests shouldn’t start before a pariod of 24-72 hours.
Curing
Maintain ink temperature at 18-32 ํC. for optimum print performance.
Lower temperatures increase the ink viscosity, impairing both flow and drying.
Elevated temperatures lower the ink viscosity, reducing print definition and film thickness.
ADD016 = Leveling Agent can be added 0.5% - 1.0% to improve the ink film smoothness.
ADD017 = Anti-Foaming Agent can be added 0.5% - 1.0% to prevent the air bubble when printing at fast speed.

Combine 4% of Catalyst LEDGB073 to LEDGB ink (use within 7-9 hours after mixing)

Standard Packing
GENERAL INFORMATION
Storage temperature should not be over 25 ํC. It should be stored in a dry location with good ventilation
and away from heat or ignition sources.When stored under these conditions, It is expected to have a shelf-life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Close the bottle tightly after every use.
This product is not stable when exposed to freezing temperatures and will not be shipped during such conditions.

All colours comply with the following standard : EN71-3, Standard of The European Economic
Community and Part1303, Title16, Code of Federal Regulation of U.S.A.Whilst working with the ink, the consumption of food and drink, and smoking are not recommended.
LEDGB ink should be used with care. Wear suitable PPE, for example, appropriate gloves and safety glasses.
